Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, and vendor management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Oversee warehousing operations to ensure efficient inventory management and storage.
• Manage and coordinate with transportation vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and vendors.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and finance for seamless operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Prior experience working with an FMCG company is mandatory.
• Strong experience in managing transportation vendors and logistics partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain management tools/ERP systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in process optimization and cost control.
