About this role
Role & responsibilities
* End-to-end procurement & strategic sourcing
* Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and supplier selection
* OEM, distributor & system integrator management
* Techno-commercial evaluation & commercial negotiations
* Procurement of networking equipment Wi-Fi APs, switches, routers, structured cabling & related infrastructure
* Inventory planning, warehousing & logistics
* Vendor performance, SLA, warranty & delivery management
* Cost optimisation and TCO analysis
* Timely PO issuance and supplier delivery
* Procurement MIS, inventory reports & vendor scorecards
* Ensure procurement compliance with company policies & controls
* Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Deployment, Operations, Finance & Sales
Preferred candidate profile
10-12 years in Supply Chain / Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Experience in Telecom / Digital Infrastructure / Networking / IT Infrastructure / Data Centres
Strong networking equipment procurement experience
Excellent vendor management & negotiation skills
Strong inventory & logistics understanding
Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
Strong MS Excel & analytical skills
Engineering degree preferred; MBA/PG in Supply Chain/Operations is an advantage
Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
