Team Member - Logistics Operations Analyst

Role Summary

Support fleet, transportation, and international logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods, regulatory compliance, shipment visibility, and service level performance across logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Track fuel consumption, identify anomalies, and prepare operational reports.
• Support driver and vehicle compliance activities, including licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate breakdown management and incident resolution with vendors and roadside assistance providers.
• Execute inbound transportation planning, carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery monitoring.
• Manage shipment exceptions including delays, shortages, damages, and missed milestones.
• Support outbound transportation activities including load planning, carrier coordination, and dispatch execution.
• Update transportation management systems and maintain shipment visibility.
• Assist with import documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Prepare operational reports and provide logistics status updates to stakeholders.

Role Summary

Act as the functional expert for fleet operations, transportation planning, logistics compliance, and international trade processes. Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and logistics performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise across fleet management, inbound/outbound transportation, and international logistics.
• Conduct root cause analysis of transportation delays, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies.
• Optimize carrier utilization, fleet productivity, transportation costs, and service performance.
• Review fuel consumption trends, transportation KPIs, and compliance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support complex shipment exception management and escalation handling.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, vehicle requirements, and import/export documentation standards.
• Partner with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and business stakeholders on issue resolution.
