Role Summary

The Head of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chainoperations for a semiconductor distribution business, ensuring optimalinventory availability, supplier alignment, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for semiconductor distribution operations.
• Develop demand forecasts and planning strategies to manage volatile market conditions.
• Manage product allocation, order backlogs, and customer priorities during supply constraints.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing product availability, excess stock, and working capital requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, and channel partners.
• Make commercial decisions by balancing profit margins, customer service levels, and supply availability.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, delivery schedules, and procurement risks.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams to align supply with business demand.
• Drive improvements in inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage ERP systems and supply chain analytics to improve planning, reporting, and decision-making.
