Supply Chain Functional Consultant

About the Role

Acespire is looking for a skilled Supply Chain Functional Consultant with expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, and Inventory Optimization to support supply chain transformation initiatives across CPG, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement demand forecasting and planning solutions.
• Configure and optimize supply chain planning platforms.
• Develop inventory optimization, replenishment, and safety stock strategies.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes and integrated business planning initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis and monitor forecast accuracy KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, IBP, or Inventory Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with one or more platforms: SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, MRP, MPS, DRP, Replenishment, and MEIO.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and client management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML-driven forecasting and demand sensing.
• Knowledge of Python/R, SQL, and supply chain analytics.
• Experience in consulting or supply chain transformation projects.
