Supply Chain Executive

The Supply Chain Executive will support procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of materials and services required for business and project operations.

Role - Supply Chain Executive

Location - Navi Mumbai

Project - Data Centre.

Required Experience - 8-15 Years

Education:-

• BBA (Supply Chain Management)
• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, Production)or related discipline.

Mandatory Experience -

• Supply Chain / Procurement experience in Data Centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material requirement planning (MRP).
• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Generate procurement and supply chain reports and maintain ERP records.
