Warehouse Executive Corporate Office (Gurugram, Haryana)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory and dispatch activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
• Track warehouse SOH, stock variance, ageing and reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, manpower, productivity and overtime.
• Coordinate with RDC/Warehouse teams, Stores, Transporters and Vendors.
• Monitor SAP/ERP transactions and resolve operational/system issues with relevant teams.
• Prepare gap analysis, performance and corrective-action reports.
• Support warehouse SOP, audit and process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of WM/MM or WMS preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Post Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain qualification preferred.
