Supply Chain Executive

Industry: Food & Beverage / QSR preferred

Boba Bhai is a fast-growing Indian QSR brand bringing together bubble tea and Korean-inspired food. As we scale rapidly across cities, we are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to strengthen our procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Manage procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, and other supplies from approved vendors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at the best possible price while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, availability, and purchase orders.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and restaurant outlets and ensure optimum stock availability.
• Track expiry dates, batch-wise inventory, and slow-moving/dead stock to minimize food wastage and inventory losses.
• Identify potential shortages and take proactive measures to avoid stock-outs at stores.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and reconciliation between physical and system stock.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate daily movement of materials between suppliers, central warehouses, 3PL/4PL partners, and restaurant outlets.
• Manage and track deliveries to ensure timely and complete fulfilment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delays, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.
• Experience in managing 3PL and 4PL delivery models will be preferred.

GRN & Procure-to-Pay

• Ensure daily store-wise GRN (Goods Receipt Note) completion and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to the company's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Procurement, and Vendors to resolve invoice, GRN, and payment-related discrepancies.

Vendor Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work towards improving procurement efficiencies.
• Monitor incoming material quality and ensure vendor compliance with agreed specifications.
• Resolve supply, quality, pricing, and delivery issues promptly.

Demand & Production Planning

• Support demand forecasting and production planning based on store-level requirements, sales trends, inventory levels, and business growth.
• Optimize supply and inventory levels to balance availability, working capital, and wastage.
• Identify demand and supply gaps and proactively coordinate corrective actions.

Analytics & Process Improvement

• Track and analyse key supply chain metrics including inventory accuracy, stock-outs, wastage, fulfilment, logistics performance, procurement savings, and vendor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare regular MIS and reports for management review.
• 24 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on logistics, inventory accuracy, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of demand planning and production planning.
• Hands-on experience with GRN, P2P processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Prior experience managing 3PL/4PL logistics models is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large operational datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain software/tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, QSR, FMCG, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
