SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (PHARMACEUTICAL PURCHASE)

Position: Supply Chain Executive Pharmaceutical Purchase
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Chennai | Coimbatore | Tiruppur
Salary: 25,000+ per month, based on experience & performance
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical purchase and procurement activities.
• Source medicines, medical supplies, and other pharmaceutical products from reliable vendors.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with vendors regarding price, credit terms, delivery schedules, and purchase conditions.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/pharmacy teams to avoid stock-outs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of medicines and medical supplies.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and follow up on pending orders.
• Compare quotations and select cost-effective suppliers without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and inventory planning.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, invoices, and related documentation.
• Ensure pharmaceutical purchases comply with organizational and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical purchase, procurement, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and vendor sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Good knowledge of purchase processes, inventory management, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchase requirements.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
