Team Member - Distribution Centre (DC) Operations Network Strategy Analyst

Role Summary

Support distribution network optimization, supply chain modelling, and Digital Twin initiatives by analyzing network performance, evaluating scenarios, and generating insights that improve flow, resiliency, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze distribution network data, DC capacity, and product flow across the supply chain network.
• Support network modelling and scenario analysis for expansion, optimization, and service improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate cost-to-serve, transportation, inventory, and service-level impacts of network decisions.
• Develop and maintain Digital Twin models for DC flow and resiliency analysis.
• Validate model outputs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for network performance and business value realization.
• Support model refreshes and updates related to network changes, new DCs, and evolving flow patterns.
• Document modelling assumptions, methodologies, and operating procedures.

SME - DC Network Strategy & Digital Twin

Role Summary

Serve as the functional expert for network strategy, distribution modelling, and Digital Twin solutions. Drive advanced analytics, optimization initiatives, and governance for network flow and resiliency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network modelling activities and validate optimization scenarios across distribution network.
• Design, enhance, and maintain Digital Twin capabilities supporting flow, resiliency, and capacity planning.
• Provide recommendations on network design, service levels, transportation costs, and inventory optimization.
• Develop advanced simulation models and scenario planning methodologies.
• Establish baseline KPIs and value realization frameworks for Digital Twin initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify digitization and AI-enabled automation opportunities.
• Maintain model governance, documentation standards, and knowledge repositories.
• Mentor analysts and provide technical guidance on modelling best practices.

Role Summary

• Ensure timely delivery of network models, scenario analysis, and performance reporting.
• Review modelling assumptions, business cases, and optimization recommendations.
• Monitor team performance against accuracy, quality, SLA, and project delivery metrics.
• Coordinate model refreshes, enhancements, and integration of new network changes.
