Supply Chain Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Management:

1. Receiving goods and making Goods Receipt Note for inbound dispatches without any mismatch / shortage / damage / excessive goods.

2. To prompt delivery of goods & effective storage space utilization at Warehouse.

3. To Maintain and Monitor flow of goods and ensure FIFO & LIFO, 6S follow -ups in all our Warehouse.

4. Invoice Generation with E-Waybills, and stock transfer plan for concerned regional warehouse.

5. To conduct Cycle Count, & Stock Audit to avoid stock discrepancy in Book Stock vs Physical Stock of goods.

1. To analyze service level of 3 PL service providers against on-time vs delay delivery.
2. To analyze the safety measures of goods for all branches.

8. To generate reports like Warranty, daily dispatch.

9. To prepare schemes for liquidation of stock.

10. Non-moving Stock report / Ageing Stock report.

Logistics:

1. To plan and execute dispatch activity by ensuring proper route planning & dispatch of goods.

2. To ensure proper tracking and tracing of the dispatches for trade, Project and E-Commerce Sales.

3. To work closely and manage with 3PL service providers for selecting and negotiating freight rates.

1. To receive and verify the freight bill for the Transporters and make payments.
2. To manage E-commerce logistics services like order fulfillment, stock availability and on time delivery.
3. To co-ordinate with concerned branches for transit damage / mishandling of goods.
