Supply Chain Apprentice

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock records.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners for timely material movement.
• Support procurement activities including PO tracking and vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Support dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
• Participate in supply chain improvement and cost optimization projects.
