*Legup* is looking for an experienced *Supply Chain & Operations leader* who can take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, streamline existing processes, and build efficient systems that support business growth.

We’re looking for someone who combines *strong supply chain expertise with business acumen* — someone who can understand the bigger business picture, identify operational gaps, and turn them into scalable, efficient processes.

### What You’ll Own

End-to-end supply chain & operations

Procurement, inventory & vendor management

Logistics & distribution operations

Process optimization and SOP implementation

Cost optimization and operational efficiency

Supply-demand planning and forecasting

Team leadership and performance management

MIS, KPIs and operational reporting

Cross-functional coordination with business teams

Building scalable processes for future growth

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• The ability to take ownership and drive execution
• Experience in building and streamlining processes from the ground up
