Supply Associate

Role & responsibilities

* Onboarding and managing Partners to ensure adherence to quality standards.

* Overseeing the fulfillment process and ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.

* Handling customer and partner escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

* Generating reports using basic knowledge of Google Sheets to track key performance metrics.

* Requirements:

* Street-smart individual with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

* Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.

* Minimum of 6 months of experience in operations management.

* Effective communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
