Supplier Performance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective supplier relationship management strategies to drive business growth, improve quality, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers and develop action plans to address any gaps or issues.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier operations to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks associated with suppliers' performance and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 16-22 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
• Strong understanding of Aerospace, semiconductor industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills.
