Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Onboarding Associate to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance validation, and supplier lifecycle activities. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supplier activation, contract compliance, and ongoing governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier onboarding and data validation.
• Review statutory documents, tax forms, banking details, and certifications.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and compliance checks.
• Coordinate contract execution and supplier activation.
• Support vendor setup and VMS platforms (Beeline/SAP Fieldglass).
• Monitor ongoing supplier compliance and document renewals.
• Maintain onboarding reports, dashboards, and audit records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, compliance, or vendor management.
• Knowledge of supplier due diligence and contract governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HICX, Beeline, or SAP Fieldglass.
• Understanding of supplier compliance and risk assessment processes
