Validate supplier production capacity to meet business demand and delivery timelines.

Identify capacity constraints, supply chain risks, and delays, and plan mitigation actions.

Monitor production progress, material availability, and order status.

Coordinate with Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain visibility of Tier-2 suppliers and identify potential supply risks.

Track supplier performance and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.

Prepare regular updates on capacity status, risks, and corrective actions.

Required Skills:

Experience in Capacity Assurance, Technical Expediting, or Supply Chain Management.

Knowledge of supplier capacity validation and production planning.

Experience in risk management and supplier coordination.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
