Role & responsibilities

• Order & Lead Management: Distribute live job orders across consultants and ensure every warm lead is actively worked.
• Pipeline Oversight: Prevent candidate drop-off by reassigning any lead left without follow-up for 48 hours. Ensure seamless lead handovers between telecallers and recruitment consultants.
• Performance & Daily Reviews: Lead daily target reviews and maintain full visibility over individual numbers without relying on reports.
• CRM Discipline: Strictly enforce structured CRM entry, correct tagging, zero duplicate or dead records, and complete field accuracy.
• Live Coaching & Onboarding: Conduct weekly live-call listening and feedback sessions for every team member. Train and certify new hires on scripts and CRM workflows before live calling

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience & Target: 3+ years leading telecalling, recruitment, or inside-sales teams, with explicit responsibility for a collective team target.
• CRM Discipline: Fanatical about data qualityaudits fields, enforces tagging, eliminates duplicates/dead records, and relies on structured fields over free-text notes.
• Metrics & Pipeline Oversight: Knows team numbers without relying on reports, enforces a strict 48-hour SLA on untouched leads, and ensures smooth telecaller-to-RC handovers.
• Hands-on Coaching: Performs weekly live-call listening and real-time coaching; trains new joiners on scripts and CRM workflows before live calls.
• Problem-Solving Style: Action-oriented and systematic; solves operational stalls with immediate procedural actions rather than vague motivation tactics.
