Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-8 years of experience in civil construction or building construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of site engineering principles and practices.
  
• Proven track record in supervisory roles with excellent leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
