Supervisor

• Role & responsibilities -
• Supervise and manage deployed manpower at assigned sites.
• - Prepare duty schedules and monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• - Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
• - Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related complaints.
• - Handle manpower shortages, replacements, and operational issues.
• - Maintain attendance, activity logs, and daily/weekly reports.
• - Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment and deployment.
• - Escalate major issues to senior management and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• - 25 years of experience in security, facility management, manpower, or field operations.
• - Strong team-handling and field supervision skills.
• - Good communication and client coordination skills.
• - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• - Comfortable with regular field visits.
• - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
