Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and factory activities.
• Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, upholsterers and other workers.
• Check work quality and ensure production is completed on time.
• Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.
• Allocate work to workers according to priority.
• Follow up on pending orders and production status.
• Check raw materials and inform management about shortages.
• Ensure proper use and handling of tools and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety in the factory.
• Report daily production updates to management.
• Coordinate with the showroom/site team whenever required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing/production preferred.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Fresher with a positive attitude can also apply.

Preferred Candidate: Candidate living within 56 km of Kharbi, Nagpur will be preferred.
