Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
  
• Manage manpower handling, scheduling, and training to meet business objectives.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management, and minimize waste.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in supervision or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of operation maintenance principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making and improve productivity.
