• Enforce company policies, dress code, and safety regulations.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare attendance, stock, and performance reports.
• Escalate issues to higher management when necessary. Employee Development
• Conduct training sessions and encourage skill enhancement.
• Mentor staff for career growth and improved efficiency. Operational Effectiveness
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with managers for inspections and audits.
