Salary: 28,000 – 30,000/month in hand (Depends on interview)

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• Prior experience in Retail Industry required
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to manage a team and daily operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day outlet operations
• Lead, train and monitor the team’s performance
• Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure excellent service
• Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily task allocation
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling and stock management
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and outlet standards
• Support sales targets, promotions and customer engagement activities
• Coordinate with management and prepare daily operational reports
• Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed
