Designation - Supervisor- Quick Commerce

Location - Padgha, Bhiwandi

Total Experience: 3-6 years in warehouse, e-commerce or quick commerce operations. Experience with Flipkart/ Amazon / Dmart Modern trade/ similar platform is an advantage.

Job Purpose : -

To oversee and control the end-to-end picking and packing operations for e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, SLA adherence, optimal manpower utilization, and compliance with marketplace quality standards, while minimizing errors, delays, and operational losses

Key Reponsibilities :-

• Supervise order processing, picking, packing, sticker pasting, LR entry and dispatch activities.
• Ensure delivery SLA is consistently achieved.
• Ensure FIFO compliance and stock availability.
• Manage shift manpower, task allocation and productivity tracking.
• Train staff on SOPs, system usage and safety norms.
• Handle attendance, discipline and on-floor coordination.
• Motivate the team to maintain speed with accuracy.
• Ensure zero wrong dispatch, xero short shipment and minimal returns.
• Ensure real-time system updates in OMS/WMS.
• Monitor stock mismatch, damages and near expiry items.
• Coordinate cycle count and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow company SOPs, safety, hygiene and statutory norms.

• SLA/TAT adherence (100 %).
• Order accuracy and error rate.
• Order fulfillment rate.
• Manpower productivity.
• Customer complaint & returns.
• Inventory accuracy.

Required Skills & competencies :-

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure, time-critical environment.
• Good system knowledge (OMS / WMS / Excel).
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
