Supervisor Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the site office.
• Provide technical support to project teams on software applications such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality control, safety, and environmental management.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, schedules, and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in civil engineering or a related field (freshers can apply).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of construction materials science principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using computer applications like AutoCAD, MS Office etc.
