Supervisor, Shift Engineer, Plastic Injection Molding, Kannada, CIPET

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer demands while ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Manage manpower allocation, line balancing, and rejection control to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
• Conduct Kaizen events on the shop floor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Monitor OEE calculations to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in injection moulding or related field.
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, line balancing, manpower handling, shift planning, and rejection control principles.
• Proficiency in calculating OEE using various methods such as TPM/TPM tools.
