SUPERVISOR PRODCUTION ? DME / Be

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Production to join our team at Poona Shims Pvt. Ltd., with 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations.


• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.


• Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.


• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase productivity.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of sheet metal press shop & PPC in automotive industries is essential.


• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.


• Familiarity with production planning and control systems is preferred.


• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
