Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and workshop staff to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship.
• Manage the daily operations of the automotive service center, coordinating workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team growth and development.
• Ensure all service and repair work adheres to company standards and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• A minimum of four years of experience managing an automotive service center as a supervisor or manager.
• Proven experience in effective staff supervision of mechanics and workshop personnel.
• Demonstrated track record of successful KPI management within the automotive industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
