Roles and Responsibilities

• Attendance updation of contractor/staff with extra working hours time office function.
• Providing data for Mandays report
• Proper supervision of security, vehicle, housekeeping on daily basis along with garden maintenance.
• Leave register maintenance
• Preparation of leave and absent report
• HR MIS report preparation.
• Salary / Wages preparation of Staffs/P-Worker.
• Processing labour contractor and security contractor bills.
• Preparation of PF & ESIC Monthly Return (Online)
• Preparation of Productivity report, leaving, joining, and manpower data report.
• Statutory compliance report preparation (7 & 7 B) & short fall report preparation.
• Full and Final Settlement of Staff, Worker and Temporary workers.
• Staff / Worker requirement and Induction Selection.
• Liasoning with ESIC, PF factory office and other Dept. Office.
• Preparation of Employment Exchange quarterly, 2 years return, Factory Act Half Yearly & yearly Return bonus yearly return.
• Company cultural progamme Festival Arrangements
