• Manage all F & B and dayto-day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of external and internal customer services.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting ,training and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets , schedules ,policies and procedures.
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Ensure service delivery is as per defined standard & contract
• Structure contracts to specific needs of the site on operational front
• Planning new infrastructure & upgrading existing one
• To follow the TATs under ISO guidelines.
• Vendor management and development
• To operate within the budgeted costs.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and

practices.

• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme

(DMP) of the hospital.

• To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental &

occupational issues & policies of the respective area

• To Comply with patient safety policy
• To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal

system.
