Supervisor DCS

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant to ensure efficient production and handle hazardous chemicals
• Operate and manage DCS for batch and continuous processes, including equipment like reactors and pumps
• Manage time cycles of production, deviation reports, and quality parameters
• Maintain EHS requirements, housekeeping, and data entry in log sheets

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

• DCS operation in chemical manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of SAP for production batch operation
• Experience with exothermic reaction, high pressure reaction, and distillation
• Familiarity with equipment like reactors, flakers, and pumps
• Understanding of utility systems for smooth production
• Knowledge of EHS requirements and housekeeping
• Experience with batch charging and batch transferring operations

• Ability to work with hazardous chemicals and high-pressure systems
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry
