Role & responsibilities

1.Supervise daily Stores activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

2.Monitor inbound and outbound spare parts, returns movement and ensure timely processing.

3.Ensure proper material handling, storage practices, and stock accuracy.

4.Monitor loading and unloading activities and maintain operational records.

5.Supervise manpower deployment and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

6.Perform accurate data entry of GRN, stock transfers, dispatch transactions, and inventory adjustments.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 3-5 years of experience in stores operations or spare parts operations.

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or ERP/SAP operations.

3.Experience in supervising stores preferred.
