ABOUT THE ROLE: You will work directly with students (grades 9-12) and their families to help them navigate the complex journey of stream selection, college applications, and long-term career planning using structured, empathy-driven frameworks.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct 1:1 counselling sessions, Develop personalised career roadmaps, Collaborate with educators, Maintain session records and progress reports, Represent Career Saarthi at school events. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field, 2-4 years of counselling experience, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Guide students and families through stream selection, college planning, and career clarity with empathy and evidence-based frameworks.
