Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sugar Production / Process Manager to oversee and optimize sugar manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining product quality, improving process performance, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sugar production and processing operations.
• Monitor and optimize plant processes to improve efficiency and recovery.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and agricultural teams.
• Identify process losses and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in the sugar industry, preferably in a sugar mill/refinery.
• Strong knowledge of sugar manufacturing and process operations.
• Experience managing production teams and plant operations.
• Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial/plant environment.
