Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful go-live and post-go-live support.
  
• Provide expert-level support for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using SF RCM/Onb tools.
  
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SF RCM/Onb best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to SF RCM/Onb implementations, including data migration, workflow configuration, and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment management or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.
  
• Proven track record of leading implementation projects from start to finish.
  
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
