Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain PM settings to align with business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans for PM modules during implementation projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented PM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports using SF-BIP.
- Implement SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM) module, including Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Talent Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM) module or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance management, succession planning, career development, talent management.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services team on multiple implementations or upgrades.
