Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  
• Provide technical expertise on Employee Central, including data migration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized learning strategies using SuccessFactors' platform.
  
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on the usage of implemented LMS solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to LMS implementation, data management, and user access.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of Employee Central module, including data migration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
  
• Experience working with various integrations such as SAP HCM, SharePoint, etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
