SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Management Specialist

Summary: The role focuses on enhancing the performance and alignment of SuccessFactors applications within the IT team, contributing to the organization's transformation, and ensuring value delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management - Oversee the process from case intake to resolution, managing escalations for partners/distributors.
• Evolution Management - Evaluate and implement change requests, aligning with business objectives and compliance.
• Agile Methodology - Utilize agile practices, including user story creation, for effective planning and implementation.
• Release Management - Coordinate monthly releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Backlog Prioritization - Work with support teams to prioritize tasks based on legal changes and maintenance needs.
• Collaboration - Partner with IT HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven senior experience in SuccessFactors application management services.
• Proven senior experience in the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
• Proven experience in one or more other SF Modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, etc.).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.

• Proven experience in Cornerstone Learning Management System.
