Job description for SF AD :-

• Practice Management, experience in driving large Digital HR Transformations enabled through SuccessFactors
• SuccessFactors hands on delivery experience
• Client relationship experience handing Indian and overseas customers in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors space
• Responsible for managing the SuccessFactors team and overseeing team and capability development
• SAP HCM experience is an added benefit
• Programme Management with Solutioning capabilities to support the project teams
• Business Development
• Strong sense of ownership, will be responsible for driving the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors business in the region - West (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad)
