Position Specific Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation design
• Proven experience in handling international clients and working on global projects.
• Strong knowledge of substation components, protection systems, and control philosophies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Substation Design Lead to oversee the design and engineering of high-voltage substation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in substation engineering and proven experience in managing international clients and multi-disciplinary teams across global projects.
• Lead the design and engineering of HV/MV substations (up to 765kV), including layout, protection & control, grounding, and auxiliary systems.
• • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.).
• • Coordinate with global clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
• • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the design lifecycle.
