Subscription Sales Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

• Cold call existing and prospective IVF centers, hospitals and laboratories to generate subscription leads
• Explain LanIntelix subscription plan and features; qualify leads, arrange demos and close new subscriptions
• Track upcoming expiries; drive timely renewals and recover lapsed/inactive accounts
• Upsell additional subscription plans, paid modules and coverage for more devices/ centers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, POs and payments; coordinate activation
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, call outcomes, and next follow up dates daily
• Coordinate with sales, service/support and accounts to resolve commercial or customer blockers
• Daily: review renewal and pipeline; make outbound calls; follow up quotes/POs; update CRM
• Weekly/Monthly: report leads, conversion, renewal rate, subscription revenue and lost opportunity
• Meet assigned monthly/ quarterly subscription revenue and renewal targets

Desired candidate profile:

• 2-5 years proven outbound B2B sales, cold calling and closing experience
• Graduate in any discipline: BBA/ B.Com/ B.Sc. preferred. MBA in sales/ marketing desirable
• Preferred industries: Healthcare SaaS/IT, medical software, SaaS subscriptions, IoT/remote monitoring, medical or diagnostic equipment
• Suitable: B2B technology, CRM/ERP, LIMS, AMC/ renewal sales and enterprise telecom solution
• Strong verbal English and Hindi, persuasive pitching, objection handling, and negotiation and follow up
• Target driven, proactive, disciplined in CRM updates and comfortable speaking with Hospital/ Labs decision makers
• Practical Excel/ CRM skills; ability to learn technical product features
