Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) Finance, Accounting, and AI
Location: Bangalore (On-site, Full-time)
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Masterclass on
Finance, Accounting, and AI tools. This on-site, full-time role in Bangalore requires a highly
adept communicator who can break down complex concepts, comprehend various accents, and
make intricate topics accessible for learners. You will collaborate with editors and visualizers to
ensure that the course content is not only clear but also visually engaging and educational. If
you have a strong background in finance or accounting and experience with content

Key Responsibilities:
Break down complex concepts in finance, accounting, and tools into clear, digestible
content.
Collaborate with editors and visualizers to ensure that visual elements align with and
enhance course content.
Develop and generate Assessment Questions (AQ) and Reflection Questions (RQ) to
reinforce learning.
Organize and structure course content in a logical and engaging way, aligned with
learning objectives.
Continuously review and refine content to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and real-world
applicability.
Provide expert-level support in finance, accounting, and relevant tools throughout the
course development process.
Engage with learners by answering questions and providing clear explanations on
complex topics.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong comprehension skills and ability to interpret various accents for clear
communication.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly in content presentation.
Prior experience in content creation, instructional design, or teaching.
Subject matter expertise in accounting, finance, or relevant tools.
Ability to collaborate with designers to integrate visual elements with educational
content.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and course creation tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Previous experience in content development or instructional design.

Experience in visual content creation or collaboration with design teams.
