Subject Matter Expert

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including record to report (RTR) processes.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and sales tax compliance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to bank reconciliations and other accounting discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in a senior accountant role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle or other accounting software; proficiency in multiple systems preferred.
• Excellent client interaction skills; ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques; strong problem-solving skills.
