Subject Matter Expert

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support to international clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle customer inquiries related to products/services offered by the company.
• Resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in an International BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of SME (Subject Matter Expert) processes and procedures.
• Excellent voice quality with good communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
