About this role
We are looking for a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the redevelopment of an existing course on Billing & Accelerate Collections.
This is a short-term contractual engagement focused on reviewing existing course content, identifying gaps, recommending updates, and supporting the final review and sign-off.
Scope of Work
The selected SME will be responsible for:
- Review the existing course content and conduct a gap analysis
- Recommend and implement necessary content updates
- Review the edited/redeveloped course for accuracy and completeness
- Record screencasts where required
- Review feedback and make necessary refinements
- Provide final SME review and course sign-off
- Work closely with the course development team throughout the redevelopment process
