About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Physics to contribute to our educational content and student support initiatives, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engaging learning experiences for competitive exams(IIT-JEE, NEET) or school curricula (CBSE, IGCSE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop original, plagiarism-free, high-quality educational

materials (lesson plans, explanations, practice questions, video scripts).

• Doubt Resolution: Provide accurate, step-by-step solutions to student queries

across Physics using text, images, or video.

• Curriculum Development: Assist in curriculum design, review, and validation for various levels.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content and solutions meet high academic standards and adhere to syllabus requirements.
• Concept Simplification: Break down complex theories and problems into simple,student-friendly language with real-world examples.
• Team Collaboration: Work with content, design, and academic teams to improvedeliverables.
• Stay Current: Continuously update knowledge with syllabus changes and new pedagogical approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics from a

reputed institution.

• Subject Mastery: Deep conceptual understanding of high school/junior college

Physics (Mechanics, Electromagnetism, etc.).

• Experience: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or content development for

competitive exams (JEE/NEET) or school boards is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Ability to create clear video explanations and comfortable with digital tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
