Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Content Writers with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, to create high-quality technical and educational content. The role involves writing alt text descriptions for images, diagrams, charts, graphs, and figures, along with supporting technical and academic content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate, and descriptive alt text for images, diagrams, graphs, charts, equations, and technical figures.
  
• Develop technical and academic content related to engineering, mathematics, life sciences, and clinical subjects.
  
• Interpret complex visuals, formulas, and diagrams and convert them into accessible descriptions.
  
• Ensure all content follows accessibility standards and project guidelines.
  
• Review and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  
• Collaborate with editors and QA teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  
• Follow project timelines and documentation standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology..
  
• 1+ year of experience in content writing, technical writing, academic writing, or clinical writing.
  
• Strong written English skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to understand technical diagrams, formulas, graphs, and academic content.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in alt text writing or accessibility-based content.
  
• Familiarity with scientific or technical terminology.
  
• Ability to interpret equations, graphs, engineering diagrams, and scientific visuals.
