Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Science & Robotics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop, review, and maintain high-quality educational content for school students. The role involves curriculum development, coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics activities, assessment design, content quality assurance, and teacher training.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer science fundamentals, practical knowledge of robotics, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and a passion for simplifying technical concepts for school learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review educational content for school grades covering Computer Science, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotics.
• Create lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, activity manuals, presentations, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives and CBSE guidelines, where applicable.
• Design and validate hands-on robotics activities involving sensors, motors, controllers, basic electronics, and block-based programming.
• Prepare question papers, answer keys, assessment rubrics, and teacher-training materials.
• Review educational content for technical accuracy, grammar, formatting, illustrations, and instructional clarity.
• Ensure content quality through proofreading, feedback incorporation, error tracking, and timely revisions.
• Collaborate with academic, design, production, digital content, and training teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Support school demonstrations, teacher training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain project trackers, provide regular progress updates, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of computer fundamentals, programming logic, algorithms, and basic Python programming.
• Knowledge of block-based programming platforms such as Scratch.
• Working knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, and basic electronics.
• Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for school demonstrations, workshops, and teacher training as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in K12 curriculum development, educational publishing, EdTech, or school teaching.
• Hands-on experience with robotics kits, STEM labs, or microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, Bloom's Taxonomy, learning outcomes, and assessment design.
• Experience in teacher training, workshops, product demonstrations, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
