Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Zonal Manager to oversee and manage overall operations across the assigned zone. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, monitoring team performance, implementing company policies, coordinating with different departments, and achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across the assigned zone.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all branches, units, or locations under the zone.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, guide, and support zonal teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure timely execution of business activities.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Conduct regular site visits and review operational standards.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates on zonal performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations or zonal management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting, performance monitoring, and operational planning.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel as required.
